Our pride and joy. Calculate the amount of gels/chews/gatorades you need to take in during your race. Plug in your info and get a specific range of how many calories from carbohydrates you are going to need to take in for a half or a full marathon. By doing this, you can plan appropriately and avoid that dreaded “bonk!”
The Race Equivalency Chart
Find out what one race performance equates to for another distance. Just ran a half marathon PR and want to know what that equates to in the marathon? This is your tool. Nothing revolutionary here, but its nice to have one handy with all the other calculators. This is a great tool to help you narrow down that race goal. Good from 800m to Marathon.
